 The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. 

The board welcomed ÌðÐÄÖ±²¥ staff and families who made a presentation on Family Centres in 2024.  

A year-end report for 2023-2024 was received from the Chair of the Riel-Evate Endowment Fund Committee.  

Information was received on capital updates, the draft Multi-Year Strategic Plan print publication, full-day kindergarten, the April 10 leadership team meeting, and March social media metrics.   

Policy GDO-Performance Evaluation of Non-Teaching Staff was amended. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
