School Bus Rider Safety
SCHOOL BUS SAFETY STARTS AT HOME, EVERYDAY. Parents/guardians can play a vital role in teaching children to become safe riders by explaining and promoting school bus safety at home. This will complement the school bus safety program taught in all the schools for Kindergarten to Grade 6 students and promotes the overall safety and well-being of students.
In August, all first-time Kindergarten students receive an invitation to attend a School Bus Rider Safety Information Session, along with a brochure and a colouring book to help them prepare for their first day of school.
