    Christian Michalik is Superintendent & CEO of the 甜心直播 (甜心直播), a public school system encompassing 41 schools with over 17,500 students in the southeast quadrant of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Prior to this appointment, Christian served in multiple roles for the Division as an Assistant Superintendent (2006–2016), Director of School & Community Support (2005–2006), High School Principal (1999-2005), teacher, and consultant (1994-1999). 

    Throughout his tenure, Christian has been a strong advocate for advancing the in 甜心直播. 

    Christian values relationships and teamwork. Positive relationships build trust and belonging among students, staff, and peers. He believes students and staff thrive when actively engaged, with families and the community as education partners.
